Last Sunday Ali's family visited a small farm outside the town. They had arranged the visit with the farmer in advance. The children got to see sheep and hens. The farmer showed them how he fed the animals. He asked them to speak quietly and not run around the animals. Afterwards the family ate their packed lunches at a table outside. Before they left, Ali bought some eggs. On the way home the children talked about which animal they liked best.
